Hello!

I'm Kacie Waters-Heflin, a 2016 graduate of the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, it wasn't until my junior year of high school that I really fell in love with photography and taking beautiful pictures. Since then, my DSLR and I have never been too far apart from one another, traveling to explore shooting destinations both continental and a bit more global.

My goal when I take pictures is to capture genuine moments. I aim to make my subjects feel as comfortable as they can be during a shoot so that the emotions they portray will look much more natural on film. Seeing subjects enjoying themselves makes me that much more excited to help them create the ultimate natural and fun photo experience.
